Members = Customers One thing often overlooked by golf clubs is the fact that the cost of getting new customers is five times more than retaining existing ones. Which begs the question. Should you treat your existing members more like customers which will increase your revenue greatly for very little cost? So the first thing to do is to insure your members are happy.
